14 days from ad launch is the standard. We have onboarded dealers who hit their first install in 7 days. The limiting factor is usually your install crew capacity, not lead flow.
No. We run your Meta and Google ads with our own team. You handle the calls and installs. If you want to learn the marketing side eventually, the playbook is open to you, but you do not have to touch it.
